Who's been towing stuff with their OBS?

Anyone out there with experiences to share regarding towing with your OBS? I have a '97 OBS and I need to get a few things moved around that don't fit in the hatch.

What's the biggest load you've towed? 2.2L or 2.5L engine?

Any trailer size recommendations?

General advice?

Thx in advance.

If you check your user manual, it should say how much you can theoretically tow.

^^Thats hilarious!

My sister hauled a 4'x8' or 5'x8' U-Haul trailer from North Carolina to Colorado with her '96 Outback and it did quite well except it needed new brake pads afterward but it was about time for them to be replaced anyway. For most Subarus the towing capacity is around 2000lb give or take 500.
