When First Wax?
When First Wax?
Dumb Newbie Question:
As this is the first time I have bought a car in a VERY long time, I am not sure if things have changed. Used to you were supposed to wait at least six months before waxing a new car.
Is this still the case?
When is it OK to wax the car?
The manual simply recommends once a month. From that I take it I can wax immediately but I would like to be certain.
Thank in advance.

You wax it when you get it, then every time you see fit which will end up being more than anyone in your family considers normal!
You can wax it anytime and as often as you want. Most dealers buff the car as prep prior to delivery. There's no period of time you have to wait to start.
