wheel well liner

I'm in the process of removing the silencer from my "99 Impreza L, and I'm having trouble removing the wheel well liner. I removed one bolt, but I'm having trouble with the plastic bolt things. HELP!! Do I just pry them out with a screwdriver or what? I'm stumped. Thanks.

Use a small screw driver to pop the center pin out. It may or may not come all the way out. Then pry the larger piece, the one the pin slides into, out and your done.

Thanks EW. I gave up and just folded the liner back out of the way, and was able to extract the silencer. Thanks for the info.
