What's the weirdest thing you've had get in your hood scoop?

Driving into work today, it was pretty windy. A low flying bird thought it would be a good idea to divebomb the road. Unfortunately, I was going 70, with a truck I had just passed right behind me and a couple cars coming the other way. All I could do was go straight and hope. Alas, the dumb bird flew right at my WRX's hood scoop, exploding in a mess of feathers and goo. I immediately pulled over and popped the hood, because hey, nobody wants to be picking well-done sparrow out or their intercooler at the end of the day. Fortunately, most of the bird bounced over the car, and there were only a few feathers and parts on the intercooler.
So how about you?

I had a a fairly big rock end up in there that a tractor trailor in front of me kicked up. It made one hell of a loud noise but didn't break anything. I pulled over and pulled the rock out. Luckily at that time I didn't have the blocking plate off of it and the turbo in.

Uh, no thanks. The explosion was mostly a sickly yellow color. Windshield wipers got rid of it fairly quick. It left a truly nasty stench for a little while too. The bird may not have been healthy, or maybe it had some eggs on board. That might explain why it was flying so darn low

You sir are a Murderer!!!!!!
How can you people be so cavalier with a life. Frankly I'm disgusted. this blantant diregard for nature is alarming. That bird could have had a family that relied on it to provide for them. think of the children!!!!! The whole family may need to move out of their nest into a smaller one in some ones wet rain gutter. And the mother she'll probably have to sell herself to crows or something just to catch the worm.
just in case ...I'm kiding

Darn birds! hehe the weirdest thing I've ever found in my intercooler/scoop is not that weird actually. I've sucked in an big moth once at night, and drove for about 20minutes after that, and when i popped the hood when i got home it flew away.. I usually just get leaves, and one time I caught an cigarrette butt in there, probably from some guy throwing one out his car window on the highway
