What is a Subaru GC ??
A lot of people GC to designate the previous Impreza, the one from 93-01. This is technically only partially correct, but its common enough.
GC is the chassis code for the previous Impreza sedan. GM is the chassis code for the coupe, but most people use GC to mean both.

Anywho... yea I'd say that GC must be referring to the older chassis, so a GC STi would almost certainly be a STi that we unfortunately never got here in the States. Man would that be cool.
