I searched but there are just sooo many threads to filter through that i was hopign someone could give me a quick and clean answer.

I saw that the STi Limited and STi are the same price.

STi Limited comes with leather, sunroof, audio system as the additonals (don't count diff brake colors...that doesn't add cost). Did i miss anything?

What i don't understand is though how can the be the same price if the limited is onyl lacking the roof wing and trunk wing? What else doesn't it have?

I believe the price difference in the wheels accounts for the ability to add all the other stuff for the about the same production costs.

 

Without the STI spoiler and the expensive BBS wheels will
minus from the price of the STI.
I happen to like the wingless look of the limited STI.

 

??? I got quoted $40-$45k for the Limited here in Hawaii, but of course Subaru here is an independant dealer from Subaru USA.

 

When I was shopping around for my ltd. I had to drive to Monrovia to pick it up(70 something miles)... Due to the fact that they weren't over pricing it. All the dealers south of LA county were trying to sell theirs for around 40-45K. I picked mine up for 35K.

 

wtf?? were the dealers marking up the price on them?

 

That seems a little steep!
