What do you think about the new WRXs?

less performance orianted in the 04's? The front end changed to allow for better aerodynamics, the tach shifted to the middle to allow easier reading, and the seats became more suportive....how is that less performance oriented?

it shoud be the other way around, Saab has the same center console at the WRX/STi.
Anyways, I wish instead of changing the minor exterior/interior changes (new color, new center console design, new steeting wheels, placement of adjustment for mirrors, etc)

I would have liked to see a bump in engine performance or maybe a freakin' back seat that folds down. Actually I would be jealous if the 05 and up had an engine performance since I just purchased my 04 sube less than a year ago.... keke

Oops, didn't mean to list the '04, I meant the '05
But I do think the bugeye's seats had better side bolstering and more comfortable lumbar support. But it could be just the way I'm built

Some of you mentioned seeing more Subaru commercials lately but I sure do remember seeing a lot of Paul Hogan on TV over the last few years talking about his Subaru Outback. I have seen more Impreza commercials in the last year or so though. I guess that's the car in their line to market now.
