what do you recommend?

i just bought a 2000 subaru impreza RS2.5 and im wondering what you guys think my first move should be performance wise. What do you recommend?

1) Rear swaybar (18 or 20mm, or adjustable)
2) Tires
3) Cobb intake
4) Full exhaust (Ya, catbacks are cool, but why not do the whole shebang and get that extra power
