If you had $5-6000 dollars what could and would you do with a 95 1.8l? On any thing but an engine swap.

it will never be fast as you could be with a 2.2 2.5 or a 2.0 liter turbo
i agree with the down paymet but i would try boost and a flywheel you only need a couple of things to get your turbo started and you can make the piping your self i have seen a neon with pvc pipe for its turbo and it goes 0-170 in aproximetly 17 seconds
