Vibration at highway speeds
I have a new 2003 Outback wagon that develops a steering wheel vibration at 65 - 70 mph. The cause appears to be the Bridgestone Potenza tires. Has anyone else experanced this problem, and how was it resolved? Did your dealer take care of the problem or did you have to go to a Bridestone tire dealer? Any info would be helpful. The problem was first noticed when the car had 1400 miles on iy.

My suggestion would be to take it back to the dealer you bought it from and get them to balance the wheels again, they should do this free of charge. It's my understanding that the dealer is responsible for balancing wheels, correct tire pressures etc. before selling you the vehicle.
