Waterspray Kit

I know I have to get the Unichip reprogrammed, my question is, I get it reprogrammed for all the TXS stuff, etc. But will a waterspray kit and the 3/16 boost solenoid mod have any effect on the reflash of the unichip?

Also -- What dyno #'s should i be looking forward to with the above mods (with a stock suspension).
