Trial By Written Declaration
So I went to the court today and pled NOT GUILTY to my 90 in 55 ticket.
They set a court date to be March 29th.
So how do I go about this whole Written Declaration deal? Do I just send it in prior to the court date?

I appeared in front of the judge on my trial date which was written on the ticket. I plead not guilty and told him I want to do trial by written declaration.
Remember, on trial by written declaration you have to post bail BEFORE you submit your declaration. If the judge finds you to be not guilty the court will refund your bail.

I've beaten my last (3) tickets using the Trial By Written Declaration process. I have also helped out a couple of friends win theirs as well. I got my info from Ticket Assasin's site as listed above. It just makes sense to fight the ticket and it saves so much time over going in to court.
