The Pacific Northwest forum covers Oregon, Washington and even Southern BC. I don't know how active it is with members from Vancouver area, but I have seen posts from people in there.

there was a vancouver section here before, but it was axed and combined into the pacific one because everyone from vancouver pretty much moved over to nasioc hehe... me included, I'm only here right now because the site's down
