I fell in love with the WRX on first site, but now that I have heard them classified as a sub-compact car, it has me worried that this thing might not be able to house my 6'4" frame inside of it. Is this a car that I would have any hope of fitting into. I really like these cars and would like to know before I head up to the dealership. Thanks in advance!

My dad is 6'4" and has no issues driving my car.

 

I'm 6'6" and love the seating. Go check it out. You'll be very surprised how much room you have.

 

I'm 6-3 and have at least 3 inches to spare. Wagon has more headroom though. Drivers seat has a lot of up-down adjustment.

 

very compatable. i'm 6'4" and the seat isn't even all the way back and i have plenty of head room. you'll be very pleased with the car

 

Thanks so much guys, and from the sounds of it, the legroom is good as well. This puts a big grin on my face, because this car looks really motivated. After driving in trucks and SUVs that my folks perpetually buy, driving in a lower car is a rush. My mom is such a typical grocery getting soccer mom it bends the pale of reality. She drives an 03 Envoy and says that "she likes the Navigators and Escalades" WTF?! They are great cars, but there are officially no kids that are not mobile in our household. Yay, extra room for the food that the supercharged V8 to pull... But not to digress, If I can slide behind the wheel and be comfortable, which seems rather real after all of the positive feedback, this car is mine.

 

I'm 6'3", 230 and fit in my WRX absolutely fine. I have tons of head and shoulder room.
