Strange but Really Simple Question

The speedo on a 2000 2.5 RS Coupe, what is the highest mph listed and are the white gauges simply overlays on a regular Impreza's gauges or are the numbers different?

Car Info: Pearl Blue 2000 impreza rs

I have a 2000 sedan but they are pretty much the same car minus a couple doors. The speedo only goes up to 120 but the stock govner only lets the car go up to 112. The stock gauges are white and they a way cool. I've looked at a lot of coupes and they all have the same things.
