I got people going with press passes, so hopefully we will have the first pics up. I am going to the Detroit Auto Show, and I would assume that the actual introduction will be done there, but the STi will be shown at the LA Autoshow too, which is occuring at the same time.

Either way, January should be a fun time for us enthusiasts.

hahaha! C'mon now, it's not that bad lookin you know.. I like the bug eyes personally, but I can appreciate the new lights just as well.

Hey, you can talk **** about the bodywork (personally I'm not to fond of it myself), but to compare the engine to a Hyunai is just absurd. I am personally offfended!! hahahahahaha. I do, though, think that the Sti projecter housing for the buy-eye WRX looks much better than the new one. By the way, what is different under the hood of the new one? Will the bug-eye ones and the new ones have interchangeable parts, like for aftermarket applictaions and stuff. Thanks.

I know. I was just kidding. I wasn't really comparing the engines, just the resemblance of the front fascia. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the engine will change at all. This was simply a band-aid fix for the growing number of complaints on the styling cues of the 2002 model.
