STi or G35Coupe?
The G35 has nearly 300 hp STOCK, without turbos and voiding the warranty. And most people on this forum DO modify their cars. If you want the better-performing STOCK car, get the STi. If you want the better-looking, less-practical car with more tuning potential, get the G35. I personally don't care what you get, just trying to tell you what I know.
The G35 coupe is the precursor to the GT-R aka Skyline R35. I doubt it will be a slouch in terms of handling. I like the g35C because it is more understated whereas the STi is a boy racer wet dreams. Just look at the exterior design. It screams of "LOOK AT MEEEEEEEE!!!!" But it's still one heckuva car!

I see you live in Toronto... Doesn't it snow a LOT up there? I've owned rear wheel drive cars before and they are a handful in the winter, especially if you live in a hilly/mountainous area. So I'd go with the STi for the all-seasons appeal.
