Sorry I'm Late [Logo]
Hi,
Just registered for the forums; I got tired of lurking
Anyway... I don't own a subaru..but really respect the wrx so when I saw the logo contest, I wanted to compete...only thing is...looks like im too late
This is what I made:
http://www.iupload.net/032003/i-club2.jpg
And maybe if someone wanted a wallpaper [ill post the bigger version, if its requested]:
http://www.iupload.net/032003/i-club.jpg
Thanks guys, you have a great forum...hope I can keep learning here. BTW, can i have some feedback? First time creating a logo.

remjay, I'll try to be as subjective as possible...
The layout is to large and would take up to much real estate on a web-page. While the "blurred" text would be to hard to reproduced in a sticker format. You also using a photograph which would increase the price of the sticker because you would have to print at least 4 colors (cyan, magenta, yellow and black).
- Logos need to work in any format - t-shirts, web, stickers, banners, etc...
- They need to be represented as an icon (easily recognizable without reading it)
- The icon (car) and the text need to work together as well as apart. If you take the car and the emblem away how does it look?
- You have 4 main pieces to your logo (i-club2.jpg) that seam to be randomly placed on a page. They just don't tie together very well.
Now there are a lot of rules in design and they are meant to be broken so take my opinions with a grain of salt.
There are also a lot more idiots in this world that like ugly stuff so you have to apeal to them as well. Hence the picking of the new i-club logo.
