ozoning it works wonders....i work at a hotel and we have an ozoner...after putting that in for 30 mins, the room does not smell AT ALL, i dunno if that is a temporary solution or not but give that a try

cig smoke already damaged the interior of the car, thats why it smells like that, basically u cant get rid of it, BUt u can cover up the smell, just like covering up scratches with new paint. basically deduct 500 like that guy said, its fair.
