Sad Day
I had to let her go. It was a sweet 5 years and 67000 miles but it was time. I think about the fun we had in the snow. The victories at the auto-x. The pure thrill off driving her at speed but in the I am sad. Today I traded in the first car I everbought new my 2000 RS has left me (or I her). I am now the owner of a new 2005 WRX STI. White and Gold!

Thanks it is a 2005. Has dealer installed boost gauge, security upgrade, short shifter. Here is a link to a picture I took when I got it home. I will post better pics tomorrow.

Thanks, I am only sad to see the RS go. It was Awsome! but I bought it before there was a turbo impreza in the USA and loved owning it. Just sad to see it go. I stoked about owning a STI. I needed more power. STI owners anything I should know? I plan on keeping the car stock as I don't want any warranty issues.
I few owners have experienced strut failure in the rear, some at 20, some at 25, and in my case at 32k, so if you hear any funny clunking noises coming from the rear, see if the rear suspension is binding by pressing down on the trunk, and if it doesn't compress, then its time to give the dealer a call.
