im looking into the exact same car except the dealers around here want $15 - $16K for cars with 32 or 42k miles respectively... for $10,300 thats a good deal and i say go for it. if you can talk 'em down a bit from that price then even better! unless you know the person, i'd jump on it while its still available... i had a chance to get a '01 RS with 24k miles for only $12,500. but i didn't call right away and by the time i did it was already sold. if its something you really want, learn from my mistake and don't wait. theres not many around and they dont seem to last long! good luck!

i would def. do it. call them right now!! haha. i know someone from working in the shop that drives a 97 Leg. O/B with over 300k on it. that has the dohc, not the sohc like the 01 rs, but still they last for ever. just take care of it. my loyale has over 200k, and runs great, its just stuck in a junk yard at the moment...
150k is low mileage for a suby.
just remember these things
Timing belt
oil pump seals
change oil every 3k
rotate tires every other oil service
tranny flush (if an auto)
