Rota wheels?

It's about time for new tires and I love how Subaru's look blue on gold so I was looking to get a second set of rims as well. I'm picky about how wheels look and the only ones that I could live with were the rota g-forces. 17X7 1/2. Any thoughts?

Perfectly fine wheel for the money. You'll be happy with them for sure.

+1. you may here some not so good reviews about rotas. but many has vouched that they have gotten better through theyears as a company. i run Rota Grid 18x9.5et38 on 245 40 18's and Rota SVN 17x7 as a back up winter set. LOVE em. no cracks, bends, or wobbles. just usual curbage.

17x7.5 G-Forces are fine. Rota is better than they used to be. The only thing they are still lacking in is the finish.

AGREED. before i bought my first set of Rotas (grids) many were saying they powdercoated them. when i asked why, they gave me t he same response BRfatal did. IMO you want that agressive look, go with Rota. you want that aggressive look and quality/strenght go with Volks IMO.

Edit: strentgh for the track.

I have gold rota g forces, 18x9 offset 30, with 245/40/18 tires, on my WRB 2010 STI hatch and I live them. I don't get any tire rub unless I hit a pretty bad bump at like 70mph. I'm on JDM suspension, which is pretty stiff.

The Rotas are good wheels, people will bash them all day but you can find plenty of track cars using them.I had a set of J-Line wheels and those things bent like crazy really easy and man was i pissed. The only down side on the Rotas is the weight.

I'm fine with my 18x8.5 Gforces, not as light as other wheels but it gets the job done.

Look at the new Titans

People bash them because they chose to knock off other companies' work instead of making their own.
