I just bought a 2000 Impreza Outback Sport and wanted to replace the factory cross bars with my yakima bars. Is there any way for me to use the existing rails to do so, or am I stuck using the stock cross bars?


I can use the Yakima rack as is and get new clips, but I dont want to risk damaging my pain job (like it did on my old car).
