ref ticket :( please help!!

alright so i just got pulled over and he gave me modified emissions, modified exhaust and no insurance (which i have, just misplaced the card) and no license (which i forgot at home because i was in a rush to school). does anybody know how much these are? i think ref tickets are 10$ right? how about insurance and license?? im going to go to court and hopefully have it reduced : / alright so he said my turbo was illegal and my intercooler was illegal because they didnt have carb stickers?? alright so i have to go see a ref and my question is what am i and not going to get in trouble with. ill list my mods

-vf34
-mrt tmic
-perrin fuel rails
-pink injectors
-walbro fuel pump

alright so what should i expect and what should i do?? are mrt tmic illegal in cal? can they send me paperwork that it is legal?? and vf34 is made by subaru so i think i should be good there. right?

anybody with ref experience?

and finally if anybody has an 02-04 stock turbo back exhaust i could borrow for the day that would be awesome. i could pay you of coarse as well.

thanks!!!

Insurance is huge. I know in Nevada its well over $500. License is cheaper but still pricey. Most States will allow you to fax your proof in though and avoid paying the fine so check that out for sure.

insurance ticket is aroung $500.00 to $1000.00 depending on the judge, next no licence is around $250.00 to $500.00, next is the modified thing, its far from ten bucks, if u have the stock items then put them back on if not they will require u to get the stock parts before u can drive the car. the insurance and license are easy fixs and they should reduce or even dismiss them if u show proff that u had them at the time of the stop even though they were not with u, as long as they are current. i hope this helps, ive gotten many tickets in my day so this is from experience, good luck . what city did u get stopped at, i hope not coco county, they are really tough on modified cars.

no they wont pass, its all really up to the state ref, but i know from experience they dont pass anything that is not fully stock. i dont know to much about folsom pd but u will probaly have to leave the car with them or considerate non operational.

I agree, visually, the rails and the tmic will get ya.

License and insurance should reduce to $10/each if you bring proof to the courthouse, obviously not paying the full bail amount.

Bail on a state ref ticket is like over a $1000 bucks, same with insurance.

the vf34 might pass since is a stock subaru piece but it is stock for the japan spec only so that makes it a problem.

my buddy got reffed and passed with his 39. just put all the other stock components on. i know someone who passed the ref with aps sr56 and other mods. it really depends on the ref. what color are your fuel rails? i wold put stock tmic and exhaust on and try it as longs as the fuel rails arent too flashy
