really need help!
hey everybody, I really need your help. I'm planning on putting an Exhaust on my 03' wrx.
I was thinking about and HKS Carbon-Ti exhaust. Now my questin is, what are all the things i need with it? ....
I know up-pipe and down-pipe but do I need a mid-pipe? Or anything else?
I was also planning on getting a Vishnu 304 felx-up pipe and a vishnu down pipe. Any sugestions or is that good? Thanks a ton for your help.

Here is a good picture that comes from other areas of the i-club.com forum. The image was created by Matt Randolph.
I have ordered a TurboXS Turbo-Back Exhaust with a high-flow cat to replace my entire exhaust system. If you do your research, it appears that the entire stock exhaust system is restrictive. Much of that has to do with having two catalytic converters (one in the downpipe and one in the mid-pipe.) Replacing those two with just one high-flow cat in the turbo-back midpipe is supposed to gain you about 26 HP.
The uppipe will supposedly gain you about 10 HP. Some folks claim that the price (if you pay somebody to install it) isn't worth the gains. If I had the tools and the time, I would do the cat-less uppipe. For now, the stock uppipe is in there.

you can just get the exhaust, but its good to get an upipe and downpipe also.
as for intake and boost controller, neither are necessary, boost controller is always good for more power, but the car will run just fine without it. as for the intake, pointless, doesn't give you any increase in performance, just put in a drop in filter
