On Elmira between nut tree and allison parkway, they have a state patrol randomly pulling people over for a tailpipe emission test, avoid this road if you are modified.

I wish it was only a movie thing, big brother is getting pretty sneaky. They have signs up just before you get to it saying "survey crew". Most people would just think it is road construction until you pull right up to it and the state patrol officer motions for you to pull over.
