check out the lowjack systems. They can locate your car and disable it (me thinks) when it's jacked.

I've heard good things about lowjack but I think its supposed to be used in conjunction with a normal alarm. Just get a DEI with all the options, a starter kill should stop your car from getting stolen anyway.

I've always had good luck with Alpine alarms. I've also owned an Ungo that was pretty good, but the one Code Alarm I had was faulty.
