power windows locks problem - requires a locksmith

i have my car 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5i, and last week it was rained and i forgot to close one of my back windows all the way. The next day my power windows and power locks dont works. The light for the power windows do not light up either. When i press the lock button on the remote it still primes the alarm but doesn't lock the door. so i need the best locksmith who can fix this issue but not so expensive. IF anyone have some idea plzzz suggest me about it.

Locksmith? It sounds like an electrical problem. Check the fuses and make sure there's no moisture in the door. This is something a regular mechanic should be able to fix.

I take it that it rained? If so you may need to pull the switch out and dry them out. Maybe even hit them with electrical cleaner. Then look for blown fuse.
