Is it possible to find out the dealer's cost on a single disk cd player?
I just bought a 2002 Outback wagon he said he would sell me one for cost. He even put it in writing. Now he wants $339. Says that's what he pays.....BS!

For the amount of money you are spending on a factory cd player you can go to a car stereo store like tweeter and get a higher quality one. In my opinion.

Better yet, post a "wanted" add for a stock WRX head unit (same thing as yours I think). I'm sure someone will unload theirs for fairly cheap.

Buy something aftermarket. If your going to spend that kind of money you might as well get something thats actually worth it.
