I edited the link but panos may have set up a slightly different link with a counter or something. He can always go back and re-edit his own link again. Anyhow, it works now.

Question #8 might benefit from a slight re-wording. It asks how much additional time would one be willing to wait, but was the question intended to ask about additional time in addition to the time that the other two situations must wait? For example, if the question concerns a pedestrian, are you asking if that pedestrian would wait 0 to 31+ seconds longer than cars at the same intersection for a safe, protected crossing?

Question #9 didn't offer me the choice I would most likely choose:

Driving the same speed if traffic conditions are light enough, but with increased distance between myself and the traffic in front of me.
