oil and tranny leake on 03'
1) did you break in the car properly?
2) was this your first oil change?
2a) if this wasn't, what was the first, and what oil was put in? Who did it?
Check all your oil fittings. If your dipstick was bone dry, your turbo would be gone... period, it wouldn't work anymore, a long *** time ago. Turbos spin at 150,000 rpms, they need the oil for lube more than your motor does.

Now, why would your tranny be leaking fluid!??!
do you have a auto or Manual?
I have this feeling you took the car somewhere to get an oil change before 5k, and they unplugged the tranny, and then realized their mistake, and plugged it up again, and not very well.
Also, maybe the oil change place you took it to this time is pulling your leg...

Alright, here is the old schoolers advice:
Do the oil changes yourself.
get a fumoto valve, and NEVER have to pull a oil drain plug for the rest of your life. www.fumotovalve.com
buy your filters from your local car parts store like Kragen <FRAM TOUGH DUTY> or Pepboys <Purolator, Purolator PureONE if the got it or the above mentioned FRAM> (but not the regular fram...)
buy your oil in 5 quart containers at Walmart for $19.08 plus tax. Mobil 1 synthetic. You can use 5w-30 <new vehicles>, 10w-30 and 10w-40 <Standard rate oil>, or what i use now, and that's 15w-50 (race oil) <i'm hard on my car, and it's got 53k on it's engine>
NOTE: once you got synthetic though, you CANNOT, but regular oil back in.
