why? Bigger doesnt filter better, it just filters more. In fact, these days oil filters are more oil strainers than anything. They just catch big chunks of metal that shouldnt even be there in the first place. If you actually want to filter blowby/water/carbon etc out of you're oil you need a bypass filter. theoreticly you could do like 70k plus oil changes with one of these, but you have to change the filter element (TP) every 2k.
