Hello to all,
I just bought a 2002 WRX sedan 2 days ago and just came across this page. I have many many questions to come but for now I have some very simple ones.

1) Where does to nickname "Scoobie" come from?

2)Is there a place on this board to buy and sell things?

3)I have a Blitz FATT Turbo timer and I can't lock the car wth the remote when I get out. Is this normal or is there a way to change it?

4)The factory lower rally lights in the bumper don't work right now and the car has Morette lights added. Are the lights wired wrong which is causing the lower lights not to work??


Sorry for so many questions all at once but I am very eager to learn all about the WRX.

If you go to the list of forums page, and you scroll down, there are several forums under "Classified" where you can post to buy and sell things.

 

The factory fog lamps may have been disconnected for some reason. Follow the wiring back and see if its still hooked up.

 

do u think the nickname scoobie might come from scooby doo soundind like subaru??

 

The reason u can't use the remote to lock ur door when the turbo timer is running is because u didn't bypass the security alarm system. You need to bypass it in order to lock when TT is running.
