Newbie and Imps
I am contemplating replacing my 10 year old Saturn with a new Subaru (my first). Since I have not had any car payments since 1997, the costs are somewhat "enlightening". I started out thinking about Foresters, then Legacies and now in an attempt to reduce payments I'm considering a Impreza Sport Wagon. I know it's smaller, and no sunroof 
but I would appreciate any words of advice. Any caveats or items that I should watch out for? And no, as a genuine old guy, just this side of 50, I do not feel the need for a WRX. That's why I've got my Buell.

watch the trans if you get auto-long delay from park to drive for engaugement.also do slow tight turns and see if the rear wheels start inding-if so then ill tell ya why it is.check the lower side of the timing cover and see if there is oil dripping there-this all depends on the year.dang-glen ellyn-we are real close-good luck
