ok so my family has owned an 87 awd turbo wagon for awhile now. it was my older brothers car but he no longer drives and its mine now. it has a few problems but runs like a champ. the major problem with it is that when in drive (its auto) it wont shift into high gear. It stays in 2nd and wont go much faster then 35-45 mph. I was wondering if this is a computer problem or a vacume problem or trashed trans. I dont know i havent looked into much seeing how i got it today. it acts like theres just not any more gears to shift into and doesnt try at all. other then that the only problems are a few dings and dents and its in need of some new tires. if anyone has some information on this problem i would be very greatful seeing how im gonna have to get my hands dirty and i dont like doing more then i have to or waste my time.
