New To Subaru and Wanted To Say Hello...
Hi everyone! I've never been on this site before but I've heard some good things about this. I've always been a Honda girl but since my Honda was stolen, I decided to move on to better things. I just received my 2004 WRX as of April 1, 2003. I absolutely love it. I didn't think I would like it as much as my Honda, but I've been proven wrong. I didn't know where to post this introduction so I figured I'd put it here. I look forward to enjoying my car even more and learn everything about it. Hopefully this forum can help me with that.

welcome to your newest obsession! Seriously, you have found a great resource for any questions or concerns you could ever have concerning your new car. Anything the dealer can't tell you will probably be found here. Don't forget to post pics of your new ride!

don't forget the all important me and my car shot. cool car chicks are a very small percentage and its always nice to meet a real car chick. not those stupid lifted truck bimbo's (OMG your truck is so huge, you can't offroad it cause it will flip, you can't go fast cause it will tip, but your still so cool, insert stupid blonde cheerleader giggle here)

i've owned the car for two days now. i absolutely love it. i got a chance to use my All Weather Package today lol. heated seats, heated wipers and heated mirrors. we got two inches of freezing rain. i am still not familiar with the car yet. haven't driven it that much. i was really scared to drive home. but i did and it performed fine. my civic would have been all over the road.
bigsteve: i've been into the car scene for about six years now. i actually co-run an import shop in rochester, ny. i've been doing that for about four years. i love cars and can't imagine my life without them. i've had the opportunity to work with other things, but i decided sitting on my *** in front of a computer is not as fun as heel-toeing around corners lol.
platinm: i ordered my car three days after my civic was stolen. i waited since 3/8 and it came in 3/31. the dealers were exact on the date. i had the best experience buying this car.
04wrxsti: i consider all my cars girls lol. i used to call my civic the "blue b****". i haven't named my WRX yet? any name suggestions?

i think i'm in love with this chick. i thought they stopped making ladies like this. i lost my last girlfriend because i went drag racing on our 7 month anniversary. 7 month anniversary? honestly who would remember something like that.
P.S. do you have any friends like you in Southern Cali.

haha, my bf got mad at me because i stayed at work on our six month anniversary installing my jdm headlights and redid my suspension on my civic. unfortunately i don't have any girl friends. i haven't found one that i've been compatible with. most girls just drive and pump gas. i love to be hands on whether its changing my own oil or washing and waxing my car.

my sticker price was $26650 MSRP. i bought the car for $24712, which is $192 above dealer invoice cost. the dealer that i bought it from, www.vanbortel.com, faxed over their invoice and showed me exactly what i was going to pay. i payed a total of $26773 with local taxes, doc fees and registration fees. my WRX is $7000 more than my civic and after financing, i am paying $150 less than i did for the civic. my interest rate went way down. the dealership really helped me out. i must say, it was the best car buying experience ever.
oh and by the way, i don't think "black pimp" will work for a girl's car, lol.
