New member HELLO!
Howdy!
Picking up my new 2004 Impreza 2.5RS on Friday (red, stick).
Just started purchasing after market goodies on the net about an hour ago.
I am very excited to be part of the Subie community. In the past three years I have had several new cars, all paid for within six or so months after I purchsed them.
I had a 2003 Eclipse, then my son was born and it became obvious that was not a great car for a child, then I bought a 2003 PT Cruiser thinking it would be great kid transportation, it was but I hated it (it was like driving a boat), then I bought an 03 Mazda Protege5 Sport Wagon. Loved the car, just love it but I live in Syracuse NY and drive to work down south every day mon. - Fri and wanted four wheel drive (but I hate SUVs).
So, I bought a Subaru! Woohooooo!
Scraping the cash together for a WRX was out of the question so PLEASE don't give me any **** for not buying a WRX.
Looking forward to making some new friends on this board, I have been an active (very) active member of other car boards so I am no "NEWBIE" to the car board scene.
How many posts do I need to get a custom avatar?
If anyone would like to get together for a beer in Syracuse drop me a PM.

Hello and welcome.... I'm Russell from California. For the avatar, you have to do 20 reviews or more. Then eventually you will be upgraded to a VIP Member and will get an avatar. I'm working on it, but am lazy. lol, I've only done 5 I think....
