Al, I have in my office a spare stock header, and in my room here at home a Dremel with more bits than any man should rightfully own.
Care to share any pointers on manifold porting besides simply opening up to match gaskets with a nice taper?
Anything special in your 'extensive porting' job?

The material is really hard, so I don't see how Al did it with a Dremel. I had a friend port mine, and he told me that he went through a few heavy duty professional grade grinding bits. He did a great job and even opened and smoothed out the bends. At some point during the winter, I'll take them off and have them coated with JetHot 2000.
