New board layout and colors - like or dislike?
Do you think i-Club's new layout and color scheme is an improvement or a setback?
Personally, I think it's okay but thought there was nothing wrong with the old gray layout. Maybe the blue will grow on me in a week or so...
I wish the icon denoting unread messages in each forum was still a different color (used to be yellow). It was easier to spot at a glance.

Observation: After getting used to the new board layout, I miss the old blue icon that took you to the first unread post. It was positioned next to the thread title on each forum page. Currently, this blue icon appears on each page of the thread, which means that it now requires two mouse clicks to get to the first unread message from each forum and a bit more of a wait for the subsequent pages to load.
Corrective action: If possible, I suggest making a change on the forum page so that the yellow icon which currently lets us know that there are unread messages in a given thread, be changed to a functional link taking us to the first unread post in that thread. It will have the same functionality as the current blue icon on each thread page but be moved to a more strategic location. Leave it yellow-colored but modify it slightly, if you wish. An example of a modified yellow icon is shown in the attached image. It takes the inverted arrowhead (chevron) and places it within the yellow icon. We only need one yellow icon since it will be a functional link.
