How about a National Subaru Meet, like the Supra Meets in Las Vegsa, they are huge ever been to one of those man I am so jealous. Well, Anyways how about it??? You think we could set one up?

I'm up for a road trip. I'm not sure about Cali but vegas might be cool. What about AZ. The Bondurant school is there. It might be cool to cruz the track and have racing events. I think it would be out for 04'. Need time to plan, set up sponsors(Cobb, Subaru, Vishnu, Cusco, ???) or do rsvp to reserve an area. I don't know. I think that everyone at I- Club woud have to help coordinate. Cool idea. If there is anything I can do to help I'm up for it. I can make phonecalls and stuff. Let me know. Res204tj@verizon.net. You also might want to see who holds the event in Vegas for the supra's. They might be able to help us get started in the set up.

plus its better to do it in vegas instead of arizona (even though i personally like az better) because of the things to do and number of hotels to stay at. and you can probably draw a bigger crowd to vegas than arizona, cause hell, who wouldn't want to visit vegas

Ok I didnt know that there was subaru event happening so close to me. ST Louis like only 4 hours from me whoo whoo
People that put these kind of events together need to figure out where the most participants reside and try to localize it around them. The only bad thing is that most of the time that location is more on the west cost side and a lot of people miss out on the event. The situation seems to happen a lot in the nissan world and its a shame.
I suggested one time on a nissan board that us owners should try to get something going at MidAmerica Motorplex(http://www.midamericamotorplex.com/). I have drove by the track many times going back home(iowa) and it looks really nice, plus there are some really nice areas in omaha to gather and socialize. The bad thing is that only a few people thought it was a good idea and so if fell through. Poor mid-west folk
But since this summer there is going to be a scooby event 4 hours from me im super excited.

Just so you guys know, Imprezer has a Subaru Track day on March 22 at Buttomwillow raceway. If you check the bay area forums all the info is in their. Hope this helps. -Todd-
