it really depends on what you are doing, for driving to work every day or anything absolutely not, it causes needless wear and can get expensive quick.

nitrous oxide can be great power adder if the setup is done right. You have to remember that we have turbo cars so the "nos" also cools the intake temp. that is going into your turbo. If I was to run a "nos" setup on my car I would do no more then a 50 shot. This will be good for about 60-80whp, with a turbo car you can get a a lot more out of something small. And don't do this without a good tune!!

^ cause you don't always need the power all the time, with meth it's on all the time, comes on at 8psi. It's just something different you can run. I used meth for over 2 years.
