My.Subaru.com Web site access
Hey everyone,
I completed the request for a PIN for the my.subaru.com website the day I got my car(two weeks ago tomorrow). I got a confirmation email of my request for a PIN but I've yet to recieve the pin. The email says it sometimes takes a while for the dealer to submit the infomration to Subaru but I'm wondering if it's supposed to take this long. Any ideas? On a side note, is the site worthwhile or is it just stuff that could be done elsewhere?

I did the my.subaru.com thing on the internet. My dealer said that it would take 2 weeks to get the PIN number via slow mail and it took 3 weeks. But I requested a pin online and the i got the PIN via email the next day and the dealer said to disregard the PIN in the mail. but for the actual webiste...i don't use it often except that is is nice cause it gives you reminders on check ups and you can schedule check ups and you have your owner's manual online for quick reference. it's a free service so it doesn't hurt to use it
