Tech manual
Whats a v plate?
Anyways, if you're looking for a repair manual, try amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com for a Chilton's or Haynes repair manual. Autoshops (Autozone, Advance Auto Parts, etc) carry them as well.
However, I doubt that Chilton's or Haynes will have a repair manual out for the 2002+ WRX. I have a 2000 Frontier. I got my repair manual late in 2001. This manual covered Frontier's from 1998-2001, so there was essentially a 2 1/2 year delay from the time the truck entered production to the time the repair manual came out. I'd expect the same delay in getting the manual published for the WRX.
If you need something in-depth and you need it now, go to your Subaru dealer. They can order you a repair manual, but it will not be cheap. Expect it to be over $100.
edit;
I searched B&N and Amazon. Both carry this book which might be a cheaper alternative. However, I don't know how in-depth the repair instructions go. It might be worth checking out;

Amazon's price is the better of the two.

I have the "Subaru Impreza Turbo" book in the link above. It's more of a histroy of the Impreza and there is nothing much to speak of about working on it. It's a good book but more of a fru-fru book not a how to work on your car type book.
