lol... swrt.com store sent an empty box

well... I ordered some stuff from the swrt.com store...

a hat a shirt... a keychain...

they sent me a hat... a shirt... and the box for the keychain.

That was worth a laugh at the post office especially after I forked out 1/3 of the price on top of the items for customs duty and tax.

I'll be damned if they make me pay duty again for the thing when they actually send me this thing.

Damn that sucks. Let us know how this turns out. I've wanted to order some stuff from swrt.com for a while, but never gotten around to it. I'd like to hear how cool/lame their customer service department is.

Oops on SWRT.com
This'll be a good test of their customer service like nKoan said. Good luck

an update on this situation

Unfortunately, hitting all 3 email addresses involved with the swrt.com store a week and a half ago with an explanation of what came (and what didn't) in their package seemed to go unnoticed.

I got a bounce back the first attempt at the actual contact email they included in their customer claims form, so I hit all 3, webmaster of swrt.com included to see if they could forward me to the right person. I received 1 automated response on the 28th of November.

There has been no reply since.

I have just now sent another email once again to all 3 addresses and once again, have received 1 bounce back from orders@swrt.com and 1 automated response from the store@swrt.com account.

I am now using another email account to see if I can get an email through.

Patience....

now if this drags on past christmas, I'm going to be quite upset.

hmm... it seems that performance-clothing.com's email address isn't working at all. Investigating their website for contact information.

well, been a long month since rally GB and when I placed my order.

Here's the skinny.

SWRT.com website was not entirely responsible for the botched order. The website is a proxy for a larger site when it comes to selling rally merchandise. The real culprit was www.performance-clothing.com

SWRT.com's email addresses listed to inquire to performance-clothing weren't working, and I doubt they're working now.

I had to contact the vendors directly, and complain.

It wasn't exactly the smoothest online order I've ever done, but they did send me a replacement ASAP without argument. Though, with all that trouble, I would seriously rethink ordering team merchandise again. Unfortunately, there is no other vendor that sells official team gear, so if you folks who are curious about ordering will have to chance the service.

Just make sure you remind them to inspect the packages before sending them out.

Hm, thanks for the update....

Maybe I'll just get my Subaru gear from L.L. Bean from now on.
