At last. (new owner)
I just purchased my 2006 Obsidian Black STi a couple of days ago.
I just thought I would say hello and introduce myself. I've been lurking around this forum for about a year. I was finding myself salivating endlessly as I watched more and more members starting threads announcing their new car purchases.
Well, now it's my turn.
Hi.
P.S. Don't worry, I'm aware of the search feature. I'll be sure to utilize it.

You're off to a good start with your first post. Lurking is what I would suggest every member do when they first discover the board (or any board). Searching is a good resource for finding answers to questions already asked by others.
Congrats on your purchase! I think the '06s are a wise choice if you can still find them because my understanding is that all later STis of this current chassis will lose the aluminum front control arms and alloy suspension links in the rear (according to Subaru's Drive Performance magazine).

Thanks for the continuous greetings! Fine fine, I will get some pictures up of it. I'll take it as an opportunity to test my newbish photography skills.
