Hi everyone,
my brother owns a 2000 WRX STI in HK. What type of gas does he need to fill up with? i know my US 2004 STI needs Premium Gas. Any suggestion welcomed.

Any turbocharged engine should be fed a steady diet of premium fuel. I have no idea of the current octane rating of fuel available in Hong Kong.
In the U.S. pump gas is rated by the 'R + M' method, which is the averaging of the Research Octane and the Motor Octane numbers. In Hong Kong, I don't know what system they use so you may not be able to directly compare octane numbers. I would doubt that Hong Kong has any readily available pump gasoline higher than 98 octane measured in any way.
