to get parts for my 1995 impreza, RS hood, bumper. side
skirts etc... any decent cheap turbos just for everyday driving

 

Welcome to the world of "not a WRX or RS".
The automatic will truly limit you, unfortunately. Sounds like you are thinking along the same lines as what I did; you can read about our 2.2 here:

Unless you go turbo, getting significant power gains will be expensive and frustrating. Better off making your car handle, learn to drive it the best you can and maximize what you have. Then move up to something faster when finances allow. Still a good car in it's own right though.
