Is a TR wired for fog lights, they just don't have them installed?

Yes, it is. Just get the lights/hardware w/ switch & you are set. :RockOn - not mine:

Well... you still have to install it yourself.

well yea i figured that. when i bought the wrecked TR awhile back, i noticed it had to connectors not going to anything in the front of the car. i figured they were fogs, but they arent exactly the same as the older rs fog connectors.
