Hey, new here and have a question about the WRX

hey peeps, I currently have a 91 Honda Accord and planning to get a new car soon. I am wondering, is there any changes between a 00 WRX versus a 02 WRX?
and what price range am I looking at for a second hand one?(mint condition)

One major difference is that there is no USDM '00 WRX. The '02 was the first MY in the US. There are negligable differences between the '02 and '03 from what I can tell. Check out kbb.com for used car prices.
