Mod above is most likely the stock headlight paint mod.. take it apart paint some of the silver to black ..etc etc..
smoking or tinging the lens itself might be interesting.. just remember that it actually gets quite hot in there (the headlight) so regular tint may tend to crack/peel and most smoke pant sprays may be affected by the heat.. but im not 100% sure bout that
